I had a lovely stay in a long time. I have stayed in twin/double room for 3 nights, it was complete with balcony, patio, comfortable bed. The staff was amazingly efficient and attentive and responsive to requests. The location was peaceful, just a short stroll away from Piazza Tasso.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.
